Alexa Collins I was certainly happy when I unlocked the door to our apartment. "I'm back, Kayson." I smiled though as I walked through the rooms. I'd already checked on my brother and sister across the hall in my own apartment.
I found him in the normal room, his study. Lily ran over to him and hugged one of his legs. "Papa.." she shrieked, happy to see him again.

Kayson. James. King.
The dark green orbs lit up with delight at the voices. The young child and his soon to be wife. Pushing away from the computer, he picked up the girl and craddled her in his arms. "Lilly!" he cried with delight, tickling the child until she was laughing to hard to talk. "Alexa," he said, shooting her a grin "how did it go?"

Alexa Collins I put the folded up pram away and walked into the room. Then I hugged him. "It went rather well actually. She's going to bring Sara over tomorrow. We have one month to prove to June that we can look after her, better than June ever has."
I chuckled. "I doubt that we'll fail at that one."

He smiled, eyes crinkling slightly as he chuckled. "No, I don't think we will," he said gently, eyes roaming until they landed once more on Lily. He loved her with all his heart, though he still wanted a child of his flesh and blood...this was good enough for now. He would never force such a thing from Alexa. "Hmm....what room shall you give her?" he asked, wondering where they could fit another child.

Alexa Collins "I'm still thinking about that. Though her is the fact i have a spare room in my own apartment at the moment. SHe can have it if she wants it. She'll just have to put up with my brothers snoring thats the only thing."
I grinned. She would be able to handle that, I was sure. Though if she could not it would not be long anyway until we were all flying away to China.
"She wont have to worry about it for long, we're going to China soon."

He nodded, thick hair flopping over his eyes as he set the child on the floor. Messing her hair gently, he whispered something into her ear. "Hey Lily..I know something you don't know," he murmered and giggled slightly and told her the rest of the message. "Okay...Talila and James? There over at your place now....and I think that Sara should at least be in the same house as us though it is next door," he said thoughtfully.

Alexa Collins I smiled as I listened to that. "You know, even though you're talking to Lily, I can still hear you." Lily giggled. "Sara's going to enjoy living with us, I am sure. She wont be able to wait to see Justin again either. That Pony has been pining for her so badly." Even with me looking after him, the pony had been getting sad.

He smiled and nodded, standing and pulling her into a tight hug. "I am so proud of you my girl," he murmered into her hair and kissed it lightly, much to Lily's giggles in the background. "Always remember that...wont you," he said looking from child to lady "You too Lily." His mind ran at the name 'Justin', trying to remember who that was...but then it clicked. "Sara's pony? Hasn't she been out to him?" he asked, suprised that she had left him alone. From what Alexa had told her, she rarely left the ponies side.

"He's been pining because June would not bring her to the stables. She would have been tehre with him a lot had June been letting her recently. June practically gave him to me, sadly. At least Sara knows I wont let anything happen to the horse. He'll be good again when he sees her again, I know that much."
I smiled.
"And of course I will always remember that. It would be a sad day if I had a bad memory. I have to remember a lot of things these days." I was looking forwards to seeing Sara again.

He chuckled but nodded slightly, the reletionship between riders and there horses could become rather close. He thought about Idi, his beloved mare who he was thinking about retiring. He would never sell her, that wasn't even an option.
THE NEXT DAY:...
He woke, glassy orbs blinking as he yawned and stared at the roof. The soft, sleeping figure beside him made him smile. "Morning Alexa," he murmered, waking her quietly. There was a lot to get done before Sara came.

Alexa Collins I rolled over at the sound of his voice knowing that this was going to be a busy day for us. Sara was coming here today and that was something I was looking forwards to. I had missed the little girl a lot. She was one of the riders that i would not have forgotten. Justin I knew as well would not forget her.
"Good morning," I said, smiling at him. I was glad that this was finally happening for me. I knew that the little girl had trusted me a lot. Not to mention she would be coming with us as well."
"We better get to work."

The head nodded and he chuckled at a yell from across the hall. "Seems Lily wants to help.." he said, clambering out of the bed and pulling a light green shirt over his head. Soft footsteps pressed into the once clean carpet and entered Lily's room. "Does Lily want pancakes?" he asked the bouncing toddler and chuckled, pulling her form the railed bed.

I smiled as he left to go help Lily out of her crib. Not that it mattered to me. Gave me long enough to get changed and everything. I did not take long to do anything.
"Papa!" I heard Lily squeal in happiness. She definitely loved him. Just like I had known that she would when she'd met him.
My daughter was a good little girl.
I left the room after making the bed and smiled. "What are we doing first?

He picked her up, kissing her head as she squealed with delight. It made his heart swim in warmth, hearing her call him papa. "Darling girl," he cooed and chuckled as she looked at Alexa, a rather serious expression upon her face. "We are making Pancakes!" she cried, clapping her small hands together and squrimed until her put her down. She ran into the kitchen, Alexa and Kayson trailing behind.

Alexa Collins I smiled as my daughter ran out of the room before I could hug her. That was something she was doing a lot these days. I followed her, grinning, until i managed to get around the other side of the bench and catch her picking her up and hugging her.
"I guess we are making pancakes then."
She would never get sick of pancakes it seemed. Not that I minded. They were yum after all. She was too much like me at times. That was something no one had expected.
