Alexa I sighed as I woke up in my apartment, not with Kayson. Last night had been fun, but today was the bigger day. Sarah, Lily and Talila were sleeping here, and James was with Kayson. Annoying night before tradition. I wanted to see him. I rolled over and looked at the clock. "Crap," I muttered. I was going to be late. "Hey, you up in there?" Talila called. I grunted," Yes." I sighed rolling out of bed and had a shower. When we'd all eaten, Talilia helped me by getting Lily and Sarah ready while I worked to fix my hair. Talila also came in to help me get my dress on and it was certainly pretty. I knew a few of the neighbours knew what was going on and they had told me they would help. One of them was a hair dresser and she had offered to deal with that one for me, without charging me a cent. My father would not get to witness this, he was locked ina jail cell still.OOC: dresshair

Kayson pulled himself of the bed with a light jump, his feet brushing the carpet of his room. He smiled to himself, looking in the mirror and wondered if she was as excited as him. He wasn't one to leave her waiting, there was no chance she would be running back up the isle. Or so he made himself think.
He opened his door, moving into James room and pushed the door open to see a deeply asleep lump on the bed. "Wakey wakey kid, your big sisters getting married today," he said with a grin and pulled the covers back to wake him with the shock of cold. "I know you don't do neat, but today you are." With that, he left him and hurried across the hall, pulling on his suit and nervously trying to flatten his bed hair.

Gem I could only imagine what my little brother was thinking when he got up. He never liked to dress formally, but this time he had to else I would not be too happy about that. Thsi was the last morning I woke up in here, I knew that much. Talila was going to drive all my things over to the house that Kayson had brought and put it all inside before meeting me back here.
"Already taken care of all your things, Alexa. It's almost time to head down to the car. I know that Kayson's got something planned for you."

Fully dressed, hair almost right, he trudged back over to James room, seeing that he had fallen back to sleep. "Oi," he calld goodnaturerly "get up kid." He snored in reply. With a sigh, Kayson sat on the edge of the bed. "James, you know if you don't look halfway neat, your sister will shoot be here she gets halfway down the isle," he said and shook him awake. "Wakey wakey," he said standing and pulling the curtains open. With a grumble, the ten year old rolled out of the bed.
With a nod Kayon left the room, trusting he was at least awake this time. He headed outside, a grin on his face and called to both Prince and Idi as he entered the now clean stable. A car pulled up outside, a tralier hooked onto the back and Kayson waved. "Hey John, all ready?" he asked and his friend nodded. "All ready, just need the horses," the slight man said with a grin. "Almost ready." Kayson had brushed them carefully last night, they just needed to be hooked up. He disappeared back into the stable, returning a few moments later with Idi on his left and Prince on his right. Before him sat a beautiful white carrige, one that was going to take Alexa to the Church. He had thought about matching horses, but knew these two would make it that much more special.
Hooking them into place, he stood back and admired the horses. "Ready to drive?" he asked and his friend nodded "heres the address, take it easy I haven't done to much work to get them used to it." The short man nodded once more, climbing into the front of the carridge and with a short wave was trotting them down the road.

Alexa I smiled as I heard something pulling up out the front. Then a horse neighed and I knew exactly who it was that neighed. Prince was outside, but how?
At least I knew it was time to go, not that I was nervous or anything. I had helped Talila get dressed and everything, it had been a fun morning for me. For once I was like any other excited girl, usually thigns like this were not my thing.
That was something he had changed in me it seemed, at the very least that was the only explanation I had. When Talila opened the front door though, I gasped.
It really was beautiful what Kayson had organised to get me over to the church. Open, and light, with red seats. Though the carriage was pretty, it was the horses that caught my attention. Prince turned his head and neighed at me.
"Morning," I said, following my sister out, Lily and Sarah walking behind me.

John stood, jumping down from the carridge lightly and sweeping a bow to Alexa. "Morning Miss Alexa," he said, offering her an arm to climb into the back. Idi turned her head, snorting and looked at Alexa with warm orbs. She tossed her head, pawing at the ground before settling under John's light touch. John flashed Sara and Tailia and smile, nodding in polite respect. "Kayson thought you might like this, he thought about my two white horses, but he decided you would like this better," he explained with a shrug.

Alexa i chuckled lightly. "he thought well about that. Though Prince, is not meant for carriage work, one go out like this won't hurt him. He was not bred for this but that does not matter."
I smiled as I took a seat, Lily, dressed in a pretty red dress sat beside me. "Mooma that's your jumper!"
"I know sweetie. Daddy thought of this," I told her softly. She was a little calmer than I was at the moment. This was not something I had expected of him.
"At least I know that Prince will do anything I ask of him, you'll have no trouble with him."

"Nor is the mare, mam, but he insisted...we did a trail run a few weeks back to make sure he didn't mind," he said with a grin "this is my lightest carridge, even you or I could pull it with ease. Anyways, with this one, I don't have to teach different movements, its the same as if a rider is on his back with foot signals...only the saddles a little bit further away." He climbed back up to his seat, looking over his shoulder and checked the coast was clear. "Ready girls?" he asked and went to urge the horses onwards lightly but stopped at a small bark. "Oh, I didn't mean you girls," he chucked and gestured under there seats. Two female border collies sat under the bench tops, their tails waving madly. There black and white coats gloassy from care and a brand new red collar rested around there necks, a rose resting at each of there front paws. "Kayson put them on board as well," he chuckled with a wink.

Alexa i smiled. "He thinks of everything it would seem." I smiled though as Skye leapt out from under the seat. "Stay down, Skye." I patted her head though. She sat next to me, resting her head on my lap. She was not old enough to start drooling yet so there was nothing to worry about there. "I wondered where Skye was." Then I smiled as the other one appeared, obviously jealous of the attention I was giving Skye.
I gave her a quick pat as well. "Hey Cira." The dogs both barked, then moved back where they had been. This was going to be a day full of surprises.

John tipped his hat to her, telling the mare and stallion to walk on gently. His hands were light, he had trained horses for years. But, he was a breaker as they were sometimes called. More of a 'whisperer', but really he just understood horses and they understood him. They trotted along the roads, people stopped and watched the missmatched horses trotting lightly though the early morning streets, even a few camera's came out.
They headed towards the coach at a slow pace, even though they were running late. It was tradition that the bride was late.
Kayson shifted on the pire, his hands starting to sweat as he stared at the doors which wouldn't open. She wasn't here yet, why was she so late? He flashed a weak smile to James, his best man, and hoped she would show up.

Alexa I smiled as we moved and I knew it would not take us too long to get there, though it was natural that I would get there late. The bride never was on time, and I knew Kayson knew that. I would get there when I did. He knew I would not decide to leave him.
That was not something I was capable of. People seemed to recognise my horse, but not me right now. Too much were the used to seeing me in my normal riding clothes or faded jeans. The girl I was right now looked nothing like that Alexa Collins.

He shifted, people were sitting before him. Not family, all his family were gone and her's was behind bars of standing beside him and her. He glanced at his watch again, muttering was gathering though the crowds as a snort filled the air. Horses. He broke into a grin, knowing they were finally there.
John jumped down form the carrdige, helping them down from it once more and opened the door to the Church for them. People stood, gaping openly at the bride.

Alexa I smiled as I got down at last. I knew he was in there some where, but the other three girls would go in before me. At elast I was used to being in the public eye, all this staring did not phase me at all.
This was the day that i knew i had dreamed about for a long time. I knew June would be here, watching Sara mainly but I knew she would be happy for me herself.
Well, this is it, I thought as we started down the aisle. I was smiling the whole time, my eyes sought only his.

Cascading curls of liquid gold, a simple yet elegant silver tiara. Her dress was a mass of fabric, but he didn't even notice it. He saw none of it, only her smile and bright eyes. He let out a deep breath, a dazzled smile broke out onto his face and met her gaze. She was so beautiful.
He took a moment, taking in the rest of her. The mass of fabric, he now saw, was a beaded bodice and long floating tent like skirt. He swore, though would never say it allowed, she could of fittered several people under there. He smiled at the thought and took her hand as she climbed the stairs. Not remvoing his gaze from hers, he falshed another smile and squeased her hands. "You look beautiful," he murmered and together they walked towards the priest.

Alexa I smiled. "I guess I outdid myself, didn't I?" I muttered for him alone to hear. I could not beleive how handsome he looked as well. "You look very handsome as well." My eyes flicked for only a second to where James was and I was happy with how he looked as well. That would have taken some effort on Kayson's part, to get him looking that good.
