Pollyana Caesar "There is plenty of space for her, the property backs onto the forest and is rather large. I don't live in the city itself in a way, I live a little way outside of it. I cant stand being around all that cold stone and bricks. I rather living in my beloved country to be honest."
I smiled at him happily.

He shifted, placing something else on the fire before falling onto his bottom and watching her in silence. He nodded slightly, barely a tilt of his head, and sighed. "That would be lovely..." he said and cracked into a grin with a thought. "Now I have plenty of time to annoy you with my riddles!" he chuckled a laugh, thinking of one. "Now, this is simple," he said and closed his eyes, chanting. "There are four brothers in this world that were all born together. The first runs and never wearies. The second eats and is never full. The third drinks and is always thirsty. The fourth sings a song that is never good." He opened his grey eyes, awaiting an answer.

I thought about this one knowing I could figure it out. "I think i know that one, its been told more than once in my home world. Its the elements, water, fire, earth and wind in that order respectively. Water is always running, fire is always eating wood and things, earth can always comsume water and needs more, and wind's sound is never pleasant." I chuckled. "I have one for you to solve." I paused before reciting the little riddle. "First think of the person who lives in disguise, who deals in secret and tells naught but lies. Next, tell me whats the last thing to mend, the middle of middle and the end of the end? And finally give me the sound often heard, during the search for a hard-to-find word. now string them together, and answer me this, which creature would you be unwilling to kiss?" My world was full of the unimaginable, griffons, unicorn's, chimeras, all the unfathomable in this land. One of these unimaginable creatures had given me this fiddle.

He nodded and smiled with delight as she found the correct answer and pondered over her own riddle for a moment. He had a logical mind, and so the answer came easily. "Spider," he said confidently with a boyish grin before starting the next riddle. "Try this one... A cloud was my mother, the wind is my father, my son is the cool stream, and my daughter is the fruit of the land.
A rainbow is my bed, the earth my final resting place, and I'm the torment of man.
What am I?" he finished with a pause, kneeding the skin on the mares coat, wondering if she could figure out this one.

Pollyana The only thing I could think of was rain. "Has it got something to do with rain or am i completely off track here?" I smiled though as I said it. "I really cannot fogure this one out. I'm not good at riddles."

Fern lifted his eyes slightly, grey eyes watching her in silence. "Anyone can do anything, you just must believe," he said, as if it was all quiet simple. He dragged his legs behind him, pulling himself to his feet with a sigh and brushing the dirt from his clothes. It made little difference.
Eyes flickering over her once more, he bent and shuffled though his pack searching for something. A sword came out, resting on the dirt floor followed by a few other odd items. Buckskins, ribbons of black and gold, an empty sheath. He sighed, digging deeper. "Finally!" he mumrered, pulling a soft drawstring bag out.
He looked at her benith the mop of dark hair and smiled, eyes wrinkling up with the simple grin. "Do you know much of the herb law?" he asked, wondering how she could not.

Pollyana I stood in silence for a few moments as he dug about in the pack on the ground. For a few moments I wondered what he was searching for and my eyes widened at a few of the things that came out of it.
When he straightened back up though, my face was as composed as it had been when i first woke up from sleeping. I knew how to hide my emotions, but rarely was there a need to. I also know how to make grown men run from me in fear as well. Another skill uneeded here.

Fern nodded as if her silence was an answer within itself and pulled several small bags from the larger one. "Well, would you like to learn some?" he asked with a smile "I promise, its easier than riddles."

Pollyana Casear "It better be, because I suck at riddles." I knew he was aware of that. I could not really figure out what was going on with my head but I knew something was. One day I would know, but not for a while, it seemed. At least i knew who I could trust and everything else. In that area I was fairly smart.

He shot her a grin, not expecting anything less. "You will learn," he said "you just need to stop thinking, the answer will come." He gave her a wink, shuffling though the little bags before pulling out a clear plastic one filled with white powder though it had a slightly green tint. "This is," he started holding up the little bag "Racosperma." "It is made from the leaf of Hedeoma, which is a small white-purple flower. It, if eaten, will kill you within 24 hours," he smiled slightly "so don't get it on your hands."

Pollyana Caesar "It's not so deadly on my land. We found ways to nullify that poisonous side but I don't personally know how to do it. I'm not one of the herbalist, but any you meet in my land would be able to tell you without doubt."
I smiled, knowing that what i said, was the truth. I never lied.
