Alexa Collins
I gasped as I heard what eh said what he found. What had happned? How could that bear be in his house?
"That was not there last time you home, right?"
This made no sense. "Oh good the animal controlers are coming."
I was not all the best when there was a animal in the area that was in no way possibly tame.
"How could this have happened? You have the only key!" Even I did not have one. This was crazy. It made no sense. Who would do this?

Kayson. James. King.
He sat beside her, his green eyes clouding with worry as she spoke faster and faster. "Alexa...calm down," he said gently, smoothing the hair from her cheek and smiling at her. "I have no idea how it got in there...someone might have shoved it though the window in my room. Who knows," he said quietly, thinking quickly. "It will be gone soon," he soothed her, rubbing her arm gently and sighing. "Come on, lets keep cleaning..." he said smiling at her "To much to do and so little time...anyways your brother and sister will be here soon."

Alexa Collins I sighed as he came out to me. What the hell was going on here? "Uh not possible, since we're several floors up here." There was nothing logical about that explanation though. "I better get this finished before the others get her I suppose. PLus have to get the other apartment cleaned as well. Hopefully no surprises like that in mine."
I smiled at him though. MY alarm was over now though, I was almost calm again. It had just given me a bit of a shock.

Kayson. James. King.
"Good girl," he murmered, kissing her head and standing quickly at the knock on the door. Knowing that she didn't like animals in pain, nor being captured he turned back to her. "Go sit in the study...I'll be right there," he said gently before going to open the door.
"Hey Chirs," he said, shaking the rangers hand with a smile. "Hey Kayson, I hear you've got yourself a bear cub," the handsome man chuckled in good humo. "Something like that," he replied "Any idea how long?....or any idea how it got into your house?" he asked and Kayson shook his head, leading him to his bedroom. "It's under the bed...it growled at me as I was cleaning, scared the hell out of me," he chuckled pausing before the door and Chris nodded. "Sure sure, I'll have a look and see what needs to be done," he said, opening the door slightly and sliding into the partly clean room.

Alexa I knew that he was well aware of the things I did and did not like. Animals being hurt or caught i could not stand. He was right to send me into one of the other rooms. It was not fair for the creatures.
Before i left the room though, I picked up one of my bridles and took with with me. I would work on checking it for wear while i waited for him.
My hands ran over the leather, and I gulped as I saw it was damaged. "Oh hell no!"
The straps had been sliced in half near where the bit sat. It was a wonder the bit was still attached.

Kayson. James. King. Chris came back out, smiling as always and chuckled lightly. "Kayson, it seems you have a bear cub in your room," he said, wiping the sweat from his face. "Don't I know it," Kayson replied with a grin and shook his head. "Well, it shall be easy to move...It shouldn't take long," Chris said and Kayson nodded his thanks. "I-" he started but was cut off by Alexa cursing "You alright here?" he turned to Chris. "Sure sure," he said, nodding and entering the bedroom once more as Kayson hurried into the study.
"What Alexa?" he asked but froze seeing the bridle. "Oh..." Maybe someone was threatened by Alexa's skill.

Alexa Collins I was definitely angry now. Only a handful of people could have done this, and none of them were meant to be in the state at the moment. Someone had lied. Who though?
I sighed. Then carefully I removed to bit. “I'll have to replace it, it would seem. I've had this bridle for seven years. Won a lot of competitions too.”
My hand ran over the the fancy woven green and gold brow-band. It too I would have to remake. “This was my mother's. A lot of champion racehorses wore this until she died.”
I had treasured the bridle for that reason.

Kayson. James. King.
He sat beside her on the little white couch, pulling her into his side and kissing the top of her head. His arm sat around her shoulders, geting rubbing soothing circles. "Yes, you shall need a new one...at least for the games, but maybe we could replace that part of it," he offered, though looking at the bridle it seemed a little to bad to be fixed.
"Come on dear, once this bear cub has got a new home we can go and look at some new ones," he murmered gently "Okay?"

Alexa Collins I sighed. Maybe we would be able to get it fixed. “Maybe it'll be fixable. We'd have to deal with that one way or another.”
Thank goodness mum had shown me how to remove the decorative parts. I turned the bridle over in my hands and undid the straps holding that. “At least this is salvageable. This sort of brings me good luck. Mum told me before she died that if I kept this on the bridle I was using I would never fall off.”
I laughed. “And so it has. I never have fallen off.”
I smiled at him. “best go get another one for the time being though.”

Kayson. James. King.
"Well, we can put it on your new one," he said, kissing her cheek gently. "We can go in..." he checked the time "in about 10mins?" he asked and listening to Chris yelling at the bear in the room behind them. "Hmm..be right back," he said, wondering if Chris needed some help and popped into his bedroom. "Need some help?" Kayson asked, shaking his head. "Yeah mate, little bugger bit me," Chris said, shaking his head and pulled out a net "Push the bed away on the count of 3?" He nodded. "1. 2. 3!" he yelled, throwing the net as the bed moved and caught the cub.

Alexa Collins I sighed, blocking out the noise of the shouting in the other room. Something was not going well it seemed, and I did not want to know what. The whole idea of the bear cub annoyed me. Such a silly prank on someone's behalf.
No I was more worried about who had done this to my bridle. That bear was not my business at the moment. It never would be though I knew that Kayson would not be pleased about someone having done this to him.
I sighed, putting the pieces of the disassembled bridle into one hand and moving back out to my tack trunk. Quickly I checked the other bridle and head collar. No damage on either. Who ever did this knew that a double bridle was the most expensive.
“You almost done in there?” I called.

Kayson. James. King. "Gotcha!" Chris yelled, quickly getting the bear into a small cage to carry it downstairs and get him into a bigger home. Kayson shook his head, leaving Chris to carry the heavy thing downstairs. "Thanks Chris," he called and he got a grunt in reply. Kayson walked back inside, sitting beside Alexa. "All gone," he said, smiling lightly at her. "Ready to go?" he asked, wondering who had done such a thing.

Alexa Collins "Who knows in either case." I sighed. "Lets go, I suppose." I needed to deal with this. "Hopefully I can get the right size for Prince."
It would be fairly easy I was sure. I loved my horse and there was nothing I would not pay for him. Especially for such an event that was coming up. The Olympic's were no small thing.
Who was the guilty person though? I would never know.Though I wanted to know. They were costing me some greif now, wrecking the one thing I had from my mother to remember her by. I would never throw it out.

Kayson. James. King.
He took her hand gently, leading her to the door and jumping down the stairs. "Rosie's?" he asked, naming one of his favourtie tack stores. They priced everything fairly at least.
He unlocked the once white ute, clambering into the door and unlocking her door and started the car evenly.

Alexa Collins “I dont know where my mum got all my tack. She was very supportive of me and bought me anything she knew I would need. I think that's likely the place though,” I replied.
I thought back a bit in my head. “yes, either there or Horseworld.”
I sighed and followed him out to the car. “My brother and sister are coming around at 5. Only because Talila's working again.”
I grinned at him as I shut the door behind myself. Oh the freedom of not being in that hospital. "I'mn glad I did not leave it to the last minute cleaning my tack like this.
