He rushed to help her, taking the whole trunk from her easily. "Oops, I forgot how big it was," he chuckled and carried it into the lounge room, kicking pillows and other things out of the way and putting it on the floor. "There you go," he said and smiled "and pancakes are almost ready."
Leaving her there, though there wasn't even a wall between them, he headed back into the kitchen. "Done!" he called, piling them onto a plate and taking them into her. Her favourite topping of butter and sugar on top. "If you want more, just say," he said putting it on the table beside her before grabbing his own plate.

Alexa I laughed at his comment. "Yes well, you at least would understand how much these things have in them. Though you might find I have double of some things, like saddles, bridles and saddle horses." I smiled. "That's only because I need different saddles for different events. This is all I'll be taking other than Prince to Beijing. Well except one of the older head collars that I own."
I smiled. Then I undid the clips and buckles. I looked up as he came back. "Mmm, thanks."

He kissed her cheek, having finished his own food and took her plate as well. "Yes, I have not shown for ages..." he said with a smile, and he hadn't not since the week he had met her.
Washing the plates, and putting them away he continued to clean the rest of the kitchen, singing quietly to himself. His mind wandered, thinking about his upcoming exams and sighed, knowing in China he would have to study when he wasn't watching her....his exams were the week after.

Alexa Collins Finishing eating i deftly unpacked the two saddle horses, and hefted my two saddles onto them. One was for dressage the other for jumping and eventing. It did not take me long to remove the girth and stirrup leathers. Taking the saddles apart as second nature to me.
I chuckled as I started cleaning, these would take a while, I had to make sure they were spotless. That done I started working on the peices I had removed, making sure I fitted them back onto the dressage saddle.
My attention then moved to my jumping saddle.

The dark eyes wandered around the now spotless kitchen. "Thats more like it," he said, chuckling to himself. He hated being messy, but he had been to busy to stay clean. He hummed to himself, moving onto the next room. His bedroom, it was a shipwreak.
"This might take a while..." he sighed, throwing all his dirty clothes into a pile and carrying them past Alexa and putting a washing load on. "Hows it going?" he asked

Alexa Collins I grinned at him. "One saddle down, working on the other and just have to do the two bridles and head collar." I laughed. "Mind if I add something to that washing load?" I indicated the two girths. "They're machine washable." I grinned.

"Course not," he said with a grin, adding them on top and pouring some powder on top. He turned, pulling her gently to him and kissed her on the lips. "Almost done here, just got to finish my bedroom...the study and bathroom and then onto your house," he said with a chuckle, breathing in the scent of her hair. "Hmm...you smell nice," he murmered, kissing her again and chuckling.

Alexa Collins "You're making more progress than I am. I sorta have a little idea for something i want to do before we go away from here." If he wanted to know more he would ask. That was something he was likely to do. It would not be like him to not ask if he was curious. There was nothing like having things to plan in your own head and then later tell others about them. Sometimes the element of surprise was a needed thing, else life would be utterly boring.

He smiled his goofy grin and peered down at her smaller figure. "What?" he asked gently, staring into her beautiful eyes. His hand rose, brushing against her cheek and he smiled. It seemed she was getting more and more beautiful by the day.

Alexa Collins "While I was talking with Sally and Kathy, the instructor filling in for me, I thought of something that might motivate the other students into working hard for Kathy. By Friday I should be strong enough for this. I thought that I should show them what a rider like them could possibly become with a bit of hard work, by showing them just how well Prince and I work together in the ring, in the event i will be doing."
I hoped he would like the idea. It was something that I knew would help with keeping my class in line during my absense as their teacher.

He smiled slightly, looking down at her thinking. "Hmm..." he said, unsure. Today was Wednesday, and Friday was fast approaching. "Ok..but only if you promise to take it easy and no jumping yet...ok?" he asked, trying to make it fair. He knew she could jump, it was just the landing would hurt her stomach slightly.
He kissed her cheek, waiting for a reply. "Maybe I could give Idi a run as well..." he thought allowed, knowing he was just as good as her with his mare. "I wont see her for a few weeks otherwise..." he said.

Alexa Collins I smiled at him, setting the stiff haired dog eared toothbrush down that I had been using to scrub one of my cast iron stirrups. There had been a really tough mark on it and it was not coming clean. I needed the break for a minute.
I itched one of my arms, and stretched carefully.
It was hard work getting the little thing clean but someone had to do it. Even though I loved my horse, I knew that equestrian sports were not just about competing on fancy horses. No there was a lot of hard work to be done behind the scenes in the stables before horse and rider emerged into the ring.
Thinking about that for a moment, what he had said. There was no way i would jump if i did not feel up to it. "You know me. I won't do it if I dont feel up to jumping."

"Good," he replied, glad to have a agreement. He knew she would push herself hard, but that was why he was here. With a quick thought, he turned on some music. Just the radio, wondering what new songs were out.
With a grin flashing at her, he began to sing. "Beautiful girls all over the world I could be chasing but my time would be wasted They got nothing on you baby Nothing on you baby They might say hi and I might say hey But you shouldn't worry about what they say Cos they got nothing on you baby Nothing on you baby," he chuckled, dancing his goofy dance into his bedroom, still humming the tune as he cleaned.
"Shit!" he yelled, jumping backwards about a meter and staring under the simple wooden desk. It was odd, for him to swear. That would have to be the first time Alexa would ever hear him swear...and he hoped the last as well. "Alexa...stay there," he called, ripping the mobile from his pocket and dialing the police and animal control.

Alexa Collins I listened as he sang along to one of the songs. I knew that song but i did not bother to sing. I rarely did. It was not something i was in the habit of doing.
Then I heard him swear. Then he told emt o stay where i was.
"What is it?" I called.

Glad that she wasn't coming in, he stared at the animal. "Hmm...a baby bear I think," he yelled out to her, ringing the animal control. It rang once, then twice and finally someone answered.
"Hello Animal Control, this is Lisa. How may I help you?" A clear voice said into the phone. "Hello Lisa, this is Kayson King and I think I have a bear cub in my room...no idea how it got here though," he said, familiar with the animal group. "Oh," she said in surpise and he could hear her tapping on the keyboard "I'll send someone right over...just lock it in the room and don't try and touch it....ok?" "Of course," he said, backing slowly out from the room and closing the door quietly. "It will be about 20mins Kayson," she said and he thanked her before hanging up. "Animal control's coming.." he said to Alex.
