I chuckled. "Don't worry, I was not accusing you of doing that to anyone, Sawyer. I just like people to know that I do not like them doing that to me, thats all." I smiled at him. "Really I don't really think that you would do that to me." I was just a very smart girl who had been brought up as an army brat. I knew that. However I was not the only child in the family.
"What's your family like? Mines really big.. I'm the third oldest out of seven kids."

Sawyer He gulped. He had never really liked talking about his family except to brag about his father from time to time. What could he possibly say? That his brother had been in and out of jail? "I have a brother. Both my parents died in a car accident." He looked away, staring down at his hands and twiddling his thumbs a bit. It was a touchy subject for him because the car accident was still fresh in his mind, and he should have been here to protect his brother better from getting into the street racing. There was nothing else Sawyer could do but hope that his brother would find a girl that didn't like fast cars.

I smiled. "All the girls in my family are red heads. Bit annoying really for mum and dad. Only my brothers took on dads black hair. All us girls got my mums red hair." Got hard to tell us apart. "Even the twins, both are girls, and got the same hair colour." I chuckled.
Who knew how things like this worked? Not I, that was for sure.

He smiled. At least she was happy talking about her family, but it still made him uneasy thinking about his. He still had no idea how to help his brother. He had no idea what to do with him, and he had no one to turn to for help now that his parents were dead. They were the only child of their families, so he had no aunts or uncles. Everyone he knew of was dead. If he told his army commanders about his brothers problems, they'd throw him out of the army and arrest his brother. He was up the creek without a paddle. He smiled as best he could as he looked to her again. "He's got blonde hair like our mom, I got this brown hair like our dad." It was the only thing he could think to say, trying to keep the conversation going.

"I think you look good with brown hair. it suits you." I could not imagine him having blond hair. The idea just did not work at all.
I smiled though. "So what else are you into?" I asked. I smiled at him. There was no doubt in my mind that he was definately attractive in my eyes. Trying to hide it was not that easy at the moment.
"I have work to do back home. Just moved into this house and its in really bad condition."

Was she trying to get rid of him, or hinting that they should go back to her place? He was certainly hoping for the latter, but she seemed a little put off by his forward comments. He'd have to skate around it, see if she'd get a feel for him. "I used to have to do all the repairs at home when dad was away. Maybe I could help?" He didn't want to make her think he was trying anything, because he was starting to like this girl as something more than just a pretty face-he didn't want to spook her.

Being who I was was not the easiest of things at the moment. I knew that tehre were so many things that people knew about me. Of course having my father being the man he was did not help. People looked up to him and expected me to be somewhat like him. A thing that I was not even close to being. Not a chance of that happening.
"No, I would not mind if you came and gave me a hand. Place seems too run down. There are holes in the roof and all sorts."

XD OOC: Just heard a funny quote and want to save it: "Can I ask you a question? Have you ever been tested for idiocy?" IC: He smiled and grinned at her, thinking back to the fix it man he used to be around the house. He had actually enjoyed it quite a bit, and had thoughts of opening up a handyman's shop once he got out of the army. With his brother though, he might not get that chance because he had to pay for several more things than he had back then.He sighed, shifting his gaze to his feet and plays with the sand with his feet as he thought about it. "If I kissed you, would you flip out on me?"

I looked at him when he spoke again. It was not something I would have expected someone to ask me. If I did not like someone then I likely would flip out. I smiled though.
"no I do not think I would." I was not likely to do that when it came to him. If I knew the person at least a little before they did such a thing then it was not likely.
Plus there was the fact that I liked him a good bit as well.

She said she wouldn't. And he couldn't help but thinking how beautiful she was and how he would love to kiss her. She said she wouldn't. He smiled weakly, and leaned a little closer. "Well then, I'm going to do it." He puckered his lips and leaned in closer. You go 90, she goes 10... He wasn't going to force himself upon her, but he also didn't want to make her think he wasn't serious about kissing her. He wanted to feel how her lips felt against his.

He did not seem to be like some of the other guys I had known. He actually seemed to care a little bit more than those idiots I'd known in the past. Least I was used to kissing guys. Hadn't been too long since the last guy I had broken up with. I smiled, leaning over and gently kissing him back. I did not pull back until I heard someone shout my name. "Saida!"
I looked over and there, on the beach not far from us, was my previous boyfreind. Sure I had once found him kind of cute, but he was just plain ugly to me now. "Go away, Joel!" I shouted back at him.

Sawyer pulled away abruptly when he heard the sound of a male's voice screaming the girl's name. Sawyer gulped, jumping to his feet and scrambling a bit away. "Sorry, she didn't say she had a boyfriend." And after all that crap about her not wanting me cheating on her! He looked to her slightly, distrust in his eyes. "I gotta get home and make sure my brother's settling in. I guess I'll see you around." He felt tricked, he felt like an idiot as he turned and walked away.

I glared at the jerk who'd caused this. "You idiot!" I yelled. "I told you I wanted nothing more to do with you! What part of 'its over' do you not understand!"
Now Sawyer thought I was cheating on him? I groaned, knowing this time things really had screwed up for me, big time. Just when I had completely moved on from the other asshole he'd came into my life again.
"The police told you not to come anywhere me!" The bloody guy had a restraining order on him, and he was breaching it right now.
I looked in the direction Sawyer had gone. He was not really that far away from me. I knew there was still a chance there. I looked back at the other guy. "Try and follow me and you will end up in jail, bastard!"
I hurried in the direction i could see that Sawyer was going in. The guy had to listen to me. This was not what he thought was going on at all.
Didn't take me long to catch up to him. "Sawyer, please wait a moment. That was not what you probably thought it was. That creep is not even allowed near me."
I sighed.
"I left him over a year ago. He knows as well as I do that I don't want to see him anymore. I hate him. You have no idea how much I hate the guy."
I paused. "If you don't believe me, ask my father when you meet him. He won't say any different, nor would anyone else who knows me."
There was nothing but the truth in my eyes and voice.
