The. Unnamed. Child. His hand rose, gently touching her cheek were the tears fell. He had never seen tears before, or at least not often enough to remember what they were. “Why do you…cry?” the young boy asked, looking at the shiny tear with fascination. The young women looked down at him and kissed his forehead lightly. “For a reason you will never understand,” she murmured and kissed his small head once more before walking away, never turning back. The little unnamed boy watched her leave, wondering what to do now. He was to young to understand.
That young woman, the long brown hair and bright green eyes, had been his mother. What a mother? Leaving her son, but the fault as not her own she was to young to look after him, to young to have a child. She would rather leave the child at the beach, then take him home to his abusive father. She would continue to suffer in silence, but he at least would have a chance.
The icey blue eyes blinked, watching her go before standing up and running around. He was just a child, after all. His arms out wide, flapping as he span in circles, spinning faster and faster until he fell into the sand. No laughter left his mouth. No sound came. And none would come, for many years.

I didn't know what brought me to the beach but something did? If I knew why I'd probably have been walking faster. Maybe their would be some surfers out there at this time of day.
I could not say not having reached the Beach yet. Surfers always seemed to Interest me, the way they could even stay on the surf board was incredible. Did they have something that strapped their feet in?
I did not know but maybe someday I would learn. What really surprised me was the sight of a little boy all alone. Where was his parents? They were foolish to leave him all alone. Or quite possibly he had be Abandoned.
Why would anyone want to abandon a Innocent little boy? This question I could not answer for myself. I was not going to simply ignore while everyone else did. No I was not that cruel and I never would be.
" Hello. Where are your parents?"

The bright blue eyes lifted, hearing a voice somewhere nearby. And still, no voice left his mouth as the kind, young lady spoke to him. He did not answer the question, rather stood once more, running in circles, arms flinged out as if he was a plane. The arms flung out wide, he started spinning faster and faster until falling to the ground once more. Then he stood, repeating his crazy yet fun game. Such simple things to some, but truly intresting to the child.
He looked up, as if finally remembering that the lady was still there. Staring at him. Who was this lady? Coming up and talking to him. He shrugged, he didn't understand nor know his own name, before running off towards the water. Silent as ever.

When the boy went back to play, I was a little confused. I then right then got the answer. He was homeless with no one to take care of him. He didn't speak up but I just knew somehow. Foolish Parents abandoning their son.
He didn't talk I thought to myself. Did he choose not to speak or was he Deaf or something like that. I could not accept the fact that he might not be able to hear. Besides he looked at me when I spoke up.
I didn't know why then But I started feeling protective over him. I couldn't just leave him there. How would he survive? He was to young to be out on his own. I would take him home with me I thought to myself. Give him a name until he choosed to talk again. I had confidence that he would speak again.
" You don't talk? I must call you something? What about Jordan?"
I personally thought that was a good name and he looked like one. I took his little hand, it was so small compared to mine. I looked down at him a single tear running down my face. I kneeled down so I could see his face more clearly. He was so young I thought and so alone in this world.
" If you truly are abandoned I will take care of you, I'd never Abandon you I promise. You would always come first no matter what."
Thats when I realized What I was missing. I had always wanted someone to care for and maybe this was what it was meant to be. It was fate I told myself over and over, it was the only explanation. I needed to know some way or another if he truly was abandoned?

Wide blue eyes looked up at her light touch, the soft colours seeming to waver in his orbs. Jordan? Who was Jordan? He looked over his shoulder, as if expecting to see another child, but there was no one there.
Was he Jordan? He didn't understand. Then again, he was only a few years old. Her soft, motherly tones continued but the words made no sense to him. Instead he moved closer to her, a boyish grin appearing on his face as he was delighted to make a new friend. His arms wrapped around her neck, lips kissing her cheek before pulling away with a giggle and running back off down the beach.

He seemed to understand I thought to myself. Or was I just imagining it? I was pretty Good at Imagining things and being told that I was wrong. But I wasn't going to allow this to happen to me this time.
It was starting to get cold out and I was worried. Surely if he had parents they would be watching over him or at least coming to get him. Not that It was right to leave him alone just so they could go to the bar or something.
I smiled as he gave me a little kiss on the cheek. I watched as he went back to play. I followed him I wanted to bring him home with me. I would make sure that he didn't starve. I wasn't selfish like some were.
" Lets Go Honey! It's getting cold out I'm afraid you might freeze!"

his steps paused, his small head turning and looking at her with bright blue orbs. He opened and closed his mouth before giggling with a boyish grin. No words left his mouth, but the meaning was clear. He was hungry.
He ran back to her, little feet tracking over the sand as he jumped into her lap and clung to her leg, suddenly not wanting her to leave him.

From what I saw he was hungry, Hopefully I had enough Food in my Refridgerator to feed him. I usually went out to eat other than eat at home. Where I lived the place was small with only two Bedrooms.
" Let's go get something to eat Jordan!"
My Voice was friendly showing no sign of being annoyed, which I wasn't. He seemed light I thought to myself and it would be faster if I carried him to my Apartment. I picked him up, just as I suspected he was light.
I didn't know if when he was living with his Parents if he got fed enough.
" Let's go! Want to go out to eat or do you want some food at my place?"
I knew I'd get no answer but I asked for the fun of it. I kind of wished he did speak but I wasn't about to complain.

He giggled as she picked him up, burring his sweet face into the crook of her neck and shoved his thumb into his mouth with a sigh. He didn't answer her questions, her words made little sense to the child. Instead, his shoulders shrugged in a uncaring fashion, to content to suck his thumb and watch he rwith wide, blue orbs.
